Mounting and Removing:
1.Place collet into the clamping nut at an angle and turn the nut slightly to engage with the extractor spiral in collet groove. And then push the collet evenly into the nut in the directions of the arrows.
2.The cutter / router bit may be fitted now and the assemblies tightened hard into the chuck body by using a collet wrench.
3.To remove the cutter / router bit, slacken and undo the nut until resistance is felt. Then, using a collet wrench, further undo the nut until the collet is released from the chuck body. Removal of the collet from the nut is the reverse of the mounting procedure.
Please note:
1、Please don't tighten the nut down before insert the cutter / router bit. Or you will damage the collet.
2、You need to tighten the nut down, but not over-tighten. Or you will damage the collet.
