TESTING
: I try to test each item, but not all the time is that possible. In most cases these items are "NEW" and if I removed them from their box & tested them I would not be able to list them as "NEW" any longer.

: ebays classification can be tricky, so please note that a large majority of my items are old stock items. I do purchase and list a large quantity of New (perfect) Auto parts / tools. Even know they are "NEW" they may have dust, or wear to the packaging. I have inspected each item prior to listing, I assess the discounts at that time. Again the item is inspected on its way out the door. I do not warrantee auto parts /items, this must be done w/ manuf. directly.

SELLER RETURN POLICY
: Occasionally I will approve a Return. I do not like Returns, they are costly and drive everyone's prices up. Starting in 2020, I will ask that if you would like to request a return you email me prior to filing a return request. After approval I will look at our options... Either way, in the case of a  RETURN:  the Buyer will be responsible for ALL Shipping costs no matter the reason. Ebay also allows Sellers to retail a 20% restocking fee. I will reserve that right. The item MUST be returned in "NEW" condition, the same as it was sent out to you, The item MUST be in it same box.
