    Description

Estate find SET of 6 antique green depression salad plates in the "Horseshoe" pattern, introduced by Indiana Glass in 1930 and discontinued in 1933.  The pattern features delicate floral and scroll design with five arches that give the pattern the horseshoe name.  These plates all have the center medallion, which seems to be optional.  The plates measure 8 3/8", so are listed as salad but would do nicely as dessert or luncheon plates as well.  Five are in excellent condition and appear to have been gently stored and one has a small fleabite chip on the under side of the rim edge.  This SET of 6 versatile plates would be a nice addition to any service of this pattern and would also dress up your holiday entertaining!
