Scrapbooking scrapbook organizer rolling Tote Case Telescoping Handle w/ wheels

Scrapbooking Rolling Tote Case Telescoping Handle. Condition is "Used".
I am not a scrapbook er so please let me know if you need additional information that I didn't know to include.
This rolling tote has a Telescoping handle that extends but seems a bit touchy to put back down, however it did go up and down several times while I was testing things out.
It has 4 side pockets, a fron zip down pocket with more organizational features inside. The top flap has marker/pen/accessories holders (25 total on the top flap)
Inside there is a movable divider that is secured with strong velcro.
There are two top flaps that secure with snapping clips to ensure it stays closed while in transit.
It measures approx 19 inches wide x 10 inches deep, 16 inches tall (not included wheels/handle.
There are a couple of thin white marks on the side pocket I have not tried to wipe with a damp cloth. These may come right off but I included a picture so you can see.
