Sylphon radiator shutter thermostat 1930s Packard/Duesenberg/Chrysler/Pierce

Description

Sylphon thermostat housing in original condition. It does not include a thermostat. The body is marked with a number that appears to read "1427001".
The depth is 2", width across the flat corners of the flange is 4", overall diameter is 4-3/8".  The bolt pattern is a approximately 4".
There are no cracks that I can find.
