    Vegetarian oyster sauce are prepared from mushrooms, mostly oyster mushrooms or shiitake mushrooms. This is because mushrooms, especially oyster mushrooms, have a high level of umami flavour similar to that of real oysters.
    Some brands of vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce contain MSG which is unhealthy, but this WAN JA SHAN brand does not.

You can use this vegetarian sauce for stir-fry dishes or as a dip. It enhances the taste and aroma of meats, tofu and vegetables. This versatile product can also be used for marinades and sauces. It can be served with noodles and rice dishes.
    12oz Cooked Egg Noodle, 1/2 Sliced Small Onion, 1/2 Cup Bite-size Green Bean, 1/3 Cup Sliced Carrot ,1 clove Minced Garlic, 2 Tbsp Wan Ja Shan Vegetarian Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds, 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
    Step 1.Pour the Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) in a large non-stick pan or wok and place it over medium-high heat. Then add the Garlic and Onion. Gently fry for 15-20 Seconds.
    Step 2. Add Green Beans and Carrots to the pan. Stir well. Let the vegetables fry for 3 more minutes. Don’t burn them.
    Step 3. Then sprinkle the vegetables with the Oyster Sauce ,Soy Sauce And Sesame Oil . Add 3 tablespoons of water as well.
    Step 4. Stir the vegetables well again and cook them for another minute. Then Add the Egg Noodles .Stir fry the vegetables and noodles for 3 minutes.
    Step 5. Sprinkle the noodles with Sesame Seeds and serve immediately. .
