Product Introduction
Flavorful dried bonito flakes and Soda bonito flakes were selected to make Mentsuyu tasty.
The dashi, a blend of bonito flakes with a clean aroma and Soda bonito flakes with strong umami and richness, enhances the flavor of "men-tsuyu".
In addition, the mellow aroma and umami of the dashi are created by adding Urume Iwashi-bushi and Iwashi Niboshi (dried sardines) to the strong aroma of the dried bonito flakes used exclusively in Mentsuyu.
The fish species (seafood) included in the seafood extract are bonito, soda bonito, and iwashi.
